WV READS (Regional Electronic Audiovisual Download Service) is a multi-library consortium in West Virginia which provides library patrons with access to free electronic materials through Overdrive, a digital distributor of books.
WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED?
In order to access the materials on WV READS, you need a computer, tablet, or smart phone that meets system requirements, as well as high speed Internet. If you don't have access to the Internet, materials may be downloaded here or anywhere with public Wi-Fi, and then enjoyed at home.
You will also need free software or an app for your computer or device. Popular and easy to use, the Libby App by Overdrive is highly recommended.
